Wahroonga Station

Wahroonga railway station is located on the Sydney Trains North Shore, Northern & Western Line. It serves a residential and local shopping area of the Sydney suburb of Wahroonga. The station was originally called Pearce's Corner.

The station open several decades after the North Shore railway line opened, with a single platform designed for conversion to an island platform once duplication arrived. As the station is connected to the adjacent streets on either side via stairs, Easy Access is not available for wheelchairs.

Wahroonga is the 104th most patronised railway station in Sydney (out of a total of 176 stations), with an average of 2230 passengers boarding per day.

Platforms and services

As of the new Sydney Trains timetables on Sunday the 20th of October 2013: on weekdays the station is served by four trains per hour in each direction for most of the day, with additional trains provided during peak hours; and on weekends the station is served by four trains per hour in each direction for most of the day.
